I’d expect more of one of the better writers of his generation to decide that owning up to one colossal mistake in a fit of pique and continuing to maintain a seldom-updated blog was something that he could not do without also creating a false dichotomy between what the “builders” do and what people who make his life as a well-established, well-liked Writer marginally harder do. I mean, seriously?
But then, Chris Jones did say I got my panties in a bunch about what he said more than once. So maybe I shouldn’t expect more.
